    Please fill out the form below to schedule an introductory session with Sheleen. These will be held on Zoom. Sheleen will send you an email to work out the details. Sheleen mainly works with children, age 4-16, and parents/guardians. A parent/guardian need to be present in the introductory session. 
    Please note that the introductory session will be held online. When you sign up, in-person session takes place in Bellevue, WA, USA. Online sessions are available for people in other locations.
    ​The participant, parent, or guardian indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Purple Splash Studios and associates and assigns from any and all liability whatsoever, for any damage, loss or injuries, and from any and all claims and demands, including attorney fees, arising out of the party’s participation in classes, workshops, sessions and other related activities provided by and/or at the facility of Purple Splash Studios. Please note that coaching and creative arts therapy is not a substitute for counseling, traditional therapy, or medical advice. KID Coaching and CREATIVE ARTS THERAPY

Private Sessions

Sheleen offers private sessions in-person or online.

  • Have an opening discussion to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Do a creative/reflective activity, such as writing, art, movement, and/or acting/role-playing. (The creative projects are about the process, not the end result. No experience needed.)
  • Reflect on the activity and decide on growth work until the next session.
